باستخدامك عزيمتك، على الموقع 3zima.com أو في تطبيق الجوال، فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق عليها فلا تستخدم الخدمة.
الخدمة
عزيمتك أداة لإنشاء الدعوات وإرسالها ومتابعة ردود الضيوف وتنظيم المناسبة. نحن لسنا طرفًا في مناسبتك ولا نضمن حضور أحد، والدعوة ومحتواها مسؤولية من أنشأها.
حسابك
أنت مسؤول عن حسابك وعن كل ما يتم من خلاله. اكتب بيانات صحيحة، واحفظ كلمة مرورك، وأخبرنا إن ظننت أن أحدًا غيرك دخل حسابك. يلزم أن يكون عمرك 13 سنة أو أكثر.
ما تضعه في الخدمة
الدعوات والصور وأسماء الضيوف وأرقامهم التي تضيفها تبقى لك. تمنحنا الإذن بحفظها وعرضها لضيوفك بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة فقط. أضف من ضيوفك من يحق لك دعوته، ولا تستخدم أرقامهم لغير دعوتهم.
لا يجوز استخدام عزيمتك في محتوى مخالف للأنظمة، أو مسيء، أو مضلل، أو ينتحل شخصية غيرك، أو في رسائل مزعجة، أو في محاولة تعطيل الخدمة أو الوصول إلى بيانات الآخرين. لنا أن نحذف المحتوى المخالف وأن نوقف الحساب الذي يكرره.
الباقات والمدفوعات
باقة «انطلاقة» مجانية. الباقات المدفوعة تُشترى من داخل التطبيق عبر متجر التطبيقات في جوالك، بالسعر الذي يعرضه المتجر وقت الشراء شاملًا ما يضيفه من ضرائب. «تميّز» تُشترى للعزيمة التي تختارها وتبقى لها. «احتفال» و«منظّم» تعملان على حسابك 12 شهرًا من يوم الشراء ولا تتجددان تلقائيًا؛ إن أردت سنة أخرى اشترِها من جديد.
الدفع والاسترداد يتمّان عبر المتجر الذي اشتريت منه وفق شروطه؛ طلبات الاسترداد تُقدَّم إلى ذلك المتجر. إذا استردّ المتجر مبلغ عملية أُلغي ما منحته تلك العملية.
إتاحة الخدمة
نعمل على أن تبقى الخدمة متاحة ودقيقة، لكنها تُقدَّم «كما هي» دون ضمان خلوّها من الانقطاع أو الخطأ. لا نتحمل الأضرار غير المباشرة الناتجة عن استخدامها أو تعذّر استخدامها، ومسؤوليتنا في كل الأحوال لا تتجاوز ما دفعته لنا خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة.
إنهاء الاستخدام
لك أن تحذف حسابك متى شئت من «حسابي» أو من صفحة حذف الحساب. ولنا أن نوقف حسابًا يخالف هذه الشروط.
تعديل الشروط والنظام الحاكم
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط، وننشر النسخة المعدّلة هنا بتاريخها. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد التعديل قبول له. تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

By using Azimtak, on 3zima.com or in the mobile app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service. Azimtak is a tool for creating and sending invitations, following guests' replies and organising an occasion. We are not a party to your occasion and do not guarantee anyone's attendance; an invitation and its content are the responsibility of whoever created it.
Your account. You are responsible for your account and everything done through it. Give accurate details, keep your password safe, and tell us if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You must be 13 or older.
Your content. The invitations, pictures and guest names and numbers you add remain yours. You allow us to store them and show them to your guests only as far as running the service requires. Add only people you are entitled to invite, and do not use their numbers for anything else. Azimtak may not be used for content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading or impersonating, for spam, or to disrupt the service or reach other people's data. We may remove such content and suspend an account that repeats it.
Plans and payments. The Launch plan is free. Paid plans are bought inside the app through your phone's app store, at the price the store shows at the time of purchase, including any taxes it adds. Distinction is bought for the invitation you choose and stays with it. Celebration and Organizer cover your account for 12 months from the day of purchase and do not renew automatically; to continue for another year, buy again. Payment and refunds are handled by the store you bought from under its terms; refund requests are made to that store. If the store refunds a purchase, what that purchase gave is withdrawn.
Availability and liability. We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is", without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from using or being unable to use it, and in any case our liability does not exceed what you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
Ending use, changes and governing law. You may delete your account at any time from Account or on the delete-account page; we may suspend an account that breaks these terms. We may change these terms and will publish the changed version here with its date; continuing to use the service afterwards is acceptance of it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy. Contact: support@3zima.com.
