عزيمتك خدمة لإنشاء الدعوات وإدارة ضيوفها، على الموقع 3zima.com وفي تطبيق الجوال. نجمع من بياناتك ما يلزم لتشغيل الخدمة وقياس زيارات الموقع فقط. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها مع معلنين، ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبّع إعلانية، ولا نتتبّعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى.

ما نجمعه ولماذا

بيانات الحساب: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وكلمة مرور مشفّرة، أو معرّف حسابك إذا دخلت بـApple أو Google (مع الاسم والبريد كما يرسلهما مزوّد الدخول، وقد يكون بريدًا مخفيًّا من Apple). نستخدمها لتسجيل دخولك وحفظ عزائمك لك.

العزائم وضيوفها: ما تكتبه في الدعوة (العنوان، الموعد، المكان، الصور التي ترفعها)، وأسماء ضيوفك وردودهم وعدد مرافقيهم وملاحظاتهم، ورقم جوال الضيف إن أضفته أنت. نستخدمها لعرض الدعوة لضيوفك وإدارة قائمتهم.

جهات الاتصال في تطبيق الجوال: إذا اخترت إضافة ضيوف من جهات الاتصال، يقرأ التطبيق الأسماء والأرقام على جوالك لتختار منها فقط. دفتر جهاتك لا يُرفع إلى خوادمنا ولا يُحفظ عندنا؛ يُرسل اسم ورقم من تختاره وحده ليصير مدعوًّا في عزيمتك. القوائم التي تحفظها («العائلة» مثلًا) تبقى على جوالك وتُحذف بحذف التطبيق. التطبيق لا يعدّل جهات اتصالك ولا يضيف إليها، ويمكنك سحب الإذن من إعدادات الجوال في أي وقت.

الكاميرا في تطبيق الجوال: تُستخدم الكاميرا لقراءة رمز QR في بطاقة دخول الضيف عند الباب فقط. لا تُلتقط صور ولا مقاطع، ولا يُحفظ شيء منها ولا يُرسل، ولا يُستخدم الميكروفون إطلاقًا.

الإشعارات: إذا فعّلت الإشعارات نحفظ رمز جهازك للإشعارات ونوع الجهاز ولغته، لنرسل لك ما يخصّ عزائمك: ردود الضيوف، وتذكيرات المواعيد، وتحديثات طلباتك. العروض والاقتراحات التسويقية لا تُرسل إلا بموافقتك الصريحة: خيارها غير مفعّل ابتداءً، وتفعّله أو توقفه متى شئت من إعدادات الإشعارات في حسابك، ونحفظ وقت موافقتك.

المشتريات: الباقات المدفوعة تُشترى داخل التطبيق عبر متجر التطبيقات في جوالك. الدفع يتم بينك وبين المتجر؛ لا تصلنا بيانات بطاقتك ولا وسيلة دفعك. يصلنا من المتجر ما يثبت العملية: رقمها والمنتج وتاريخه وبلد المتجر، وقد يصلنا معها سعره وعملته، ونحفظه مرتبطًا بحسابك لنفعّل باقتك ونستعيدها لك.

بطاقات المحفظة: إذا حفظ ضيف بطاقة دعوته في Apple Wallet أو Google Wallet، نحفظ معرّف تسجيل البطاقة لنحدّثها عند تغيّر الموعد أو المكان.

سوق عزيمتك: إذا طلبت عرض سعر من متجر يصله اسمك وتفاصيل طلبك، ومن عزيمتك ما تختار مشاركته فقط، ولا تُشارك قائمة ضيوفك أبدًا. يصل رقم جوالك إلى المتجر حين تقبل عرضه فقط. المحادثة بينك وبين المتجر محفوظة لدينا ويطّلع عليها فريق عزيمتك لحماية الطرفين ومتابعة الطلبات، وتُخفى منها أرقام التواصل والروابط والحسابات تلقائيًا.

الدعم: ما تكتبه لنا في رسائل الدعم وبريدك، لنردّ عليك.

بيانات تقنية: يسجّل مزوّدو الاستضافة عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح أو الجهاز ووقت الطلب، لحماية الخدمة وتشخيص الأعطال.

قياس زيارات الموقع: نستخدم Google Analytics على الموقع فقط، لا داخل تطبيق الجوال، لنعرف عدد الزيارات والصفحات التي تُفتح ومن أين يصل الزوار. يضع لذلك ملف تعريف ارتباط في متصفحك، ويصل Google نوع المتصفح والجهاز والبلد التقريبي. لا نرسل إليه اسمك ولا بريدك ولا شيئًا من عزائمك وضيوفك، وروابط الدعوات لا تصله: يُذكر له نوع الصفحة فقط. خصائصه الإعلانية موقوفة.

مع من نتعامل

نستخدم مزوّدين يعالجون البيانات لحسابنا ولتشغيل الخدمة فقط: Supabase (المصادقة وقاعدة البيانات وتخزين الصور)، Cloudflare (تشغيل الموقع وحمايته)، Resend (الرسائل البريدية المعاملاتية)، Apple وGoogle (تسجيل الدخول، والإشعارات، وبطاقات المحفظة، وApp Store للمشتريات، وGoogle Analytics لقياس زيارات الموقع)، وExpo (إيصال إشعارات التطبيق). لا يصل أيًّا منهم دفتر جهات اتصالك.

حذف حسابك وبياناتك

يمكنك حذف حسابك من «حسابي» داخل التطبيق أو الموقع، أو عبر صفحة حذف الحساب. الحذف يزيل حسابك وعزائمك وقوائم ضيوفها وصورها ورموز الإشعارات وتفضيلاتك نهائيًّا. يبقى سجل عمليات الشراء بلا اسم ولا حساب، للالتزامات المحاسبية فقط.

Privacy policy (English)

Azimtak is a service for creating invitations and managing their guests, on 3zima.com and in the mobile app. We collect only what running the service and measuring visits to the site need. We do not sell personal data, do not share it with advertisers, use no advertising trackers, and do not track you across other apps or websites.

Account: your name, email address and an encrypted password, or your account identifier when you sign in with Apple or Google (with the name and email the provider sends, which may be a private relay address from Apple). Used to sign you in and keep your invitations.

Invitations and guests: what you write in an invitation (title, time, place, pictures you upload), and your guests' names, replies, companions and notes, and a guest's phone number if you add it. Used to show the invitation to your guests and manage the list.

Contacts in the mobile app: if you choose to add guests from your contacts, the app reads the names and numbers on your phone only so you can pick from them. Your address book is not uploaded to or stored on our servers; only the name and number of each person you pick is sent, to make them a guest of your invitation. Lists you save stay on your phone and are removed with the app. The app never changes or adds to your contacts, and you can withdraw the permission in your phone settings at any time.

The camera in the mobile app: the camera is used only to read the QR code on a guest’s entry pass at the door. No picture or video is taken, kept or sent, and the microphone is never used.

Notifications: if you turn notifications on, we keep your device's push token, its platform and language, to tell you about your own invitations: guest replies, reminders and updates to your requests. Offers and marketing suggestions are sent only with your explicit consent: the option is off by default, you can turn it on or off at any time in your account's notification settings, and we record when you agreed.

Purchases: paid plans are bought inside the app through your phone's app store. Payment is between you and the store; we never receive your card or payment details. The store gives us proof of the purchase: its number, the product, the date and the storefront country, and sometimes its price and currency, which we keep with your account to activate and restore your plan.

Azimtak market: when you ask a store for a price, it receives your name and the details of your request, and from your invitation only what you choose to share; your guest list is never shared. Your mobile number reaches the store only when you accept its offer. The conversation between you and the store is kept by us and read by the Azimtak team to protect both sides and follow requests, and phone numbers, links and accounts are taken out of it automatically.

Wallet passes: when a guest saves an invitation pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, we keep the pass registration so the pass can be updated when the time or place changes.

Support and technical data: what you write to support and your email, to answer you; and the IP address, browser or device type and request time recorded by our hosting providers, to protect the service and diagnose faults.

Measuring visits to the site: we use Google Analytics on the website only, never inside the mobile app, to know how many visits the site gets, which pages are opened and where visitors come from. It sets a cookie in your browser, and Google receives your browser and device type and approximate country. We send it neither your name nor your email nor anything of your invitations and guests, and invitation links never reach it: it is told only what kind of page was opened. Its advertising features are switched off.

Processors: Supabase (authentication, database, picture storage), Cloudflare (hosting and protection), Resend (transactional email), Apple and Google (sign-in, notifications, wallet passes, the App Store for purchases, and Google Analytics for measuring visits to the site), and Expo (delivery of app notifications). None of them receives your address book.

Deleting your account: you can delete your account from Account in the app or on the site, or on the delete-account page. Deletion permanently removes your account, invitations, guest lists, pictures, push tokens and preferences. A record of purchases is kept without your name or account, for accounting obligations only. Privacy requests: privacy@3zima.com.
